Happy Dog and Happy Bones are sold frozen and are available for local pickup or local delivery only. We do not ship our frozen products.
Local Pickup
Local pickup or handoff is available at no additional charge by prior arrangement. The address listed is not a retail storefront and does not have regular pickup hours. Please call, text, or email us before placing your order to receive the private checkout code and arrange a convenient time and location.
Local Delivery
Within 10 miles
- $25 minimum order
- $5 delivery fee on orders under $50
- Free delivery on orders of $50 or more
From 10 to 25 miles
- $50 minimum order
- $10 delivery fee on orders under $75
- Free delivery on orders of $75 or more
Delivery availability is based on the distance from our North Richland Hills location. Enter your delivery address during checkout to see whether your order qualifies.
Keeping Your Order Frozen
Happy Dog and Happy Bones will be provided frozen. Please plan to place your order in the freezer as soon as possible after pickup or delivery.
Happy Skin and our other non-frozen products may also be included with local pickup or delivery orders.
